The first thing that caught my attention about this apartment was the sense of calm you feel when you walk in.

Wood, stone, and concrete bring texture and warmth without excess. Everything has a very honest and timeless quality, something I personally value in contemporary architecture.
Located on Medellín, in one of my favorite parts of Roma Sur, it is close to the cafés, restaurants, and galleries that make the neighborhood so special, while still maintaining a sense of refuge that is not always easy to find.
It is one of those places I can imagine enjoying for many years to come: a space for those who value design, natural light, and a quieter way of living in the city.
